Financial literacy education for children is not just about the introduction of money, but a concept about the introduction of wise financial management. Children are trained to have the ability to control financial spending. This service is carried out to see the importance of financial literacy education in children, how to instill effective financial literacy values in children, as well as the role of the family and school in instilling the values of financial literacy education in children. The method of writing this service is to use descriptive qualitative taken from various sources. to improve the ability to manage student finances, both teachers and parents should use a variety of methods in providing material or understanding of financial literacy. besides that, the use of interesting reading books about managing finances to encourage the interest of children or elementary school students is more motivated.
