Every article will be selected through a Preliminary Review process by the Editorial Board. Then the article will reviewed through Double Blind Preview Process. After review process, the article will be sent to the author for revision. The revision can be done within a month for maximum time. In each manuscript, Reviewers will assess the substance and technical aspects.
Manuscripts which do not meet journal's criteria will be immediately rejected without external review. The editor then makes decision based on the reviewer's recommendations. The editor has the right to decide which manuscripts should be published.
The Review Process as follows:
1. The author sends the manuscript
2. Editor's Evaluation (some manuscripts are rejected or returned before the review process)
3. Double Blind peer review process
4. Editor's Decision
5. Confirmation to the author
